Refunds & Returns Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Returns are only accepted if you provide a tracking number.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This will allow us to evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns of intimate or hygienic products, hazardous materials, flammable or gaseous materials, and liquids.
Other non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care products
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, computer software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Delays or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item for the same product, email us at info@plonivo.com
Shipping
You can contact us at info@plonivo.com. If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility and are non-refundable. The processing time to receive the exchanged item may vary depending on your location. Once we receive the package, we will refund the full amount of your order.
