Same update, different readability
A real weekly update — pasted as one block, then cleaned for mobile scanning.
Pasted draft
We shipped a small product update last week. It reduced support questions. The three changes were clearer labels, shorter onboarding, and better examples in the empty state. Nothing flashy — just copy fixes.
After cleanup
Product update: fewer support tickets
Nothing flashy in the release itself. The wording around it changed.
32%
fewer support questions from three edits:
• Clearer button labels
• Shorter first-run screen
• Examples beside the empty state
Small copy changes are easy to skip.

How bold and italic work on LinkedIn
LinkedIn posts are plain text — there is no rich-text toolbar. This editor converts selected characters to Unicode bold and italic that render inside the composer. URLs, @mentions, and #hashtags are left alone so nothing breaks when you paste. Formatting works best on the hook, one key number, and short labels — not every sentence.
