How Plonivo handles your data
Drafts stay in your browser. Plonivo is built for editing LinkedIn copy on your device — not for collecting your posts into an account. This page explains what stays local, what may touch a server, and how to delete saved data.
Drafts stay in your browser
When you paste or type into Plonivo tools, the main formatting, preview, and calculator workflows run in your browser. We do not ask you to log in, and we do not upload your draft text to Plonivo servers as part of those core tools.
That means your rough posts, headlines, and notes are handled on your device while you edit. You still choose what to copy and what to paste into LinkedIn or anywhere else.
Do not paste passwords, login codes, confidential client files, or other sensitive data you would not want stored on your computer.
Local storage on your device
Plonivo may save small pieces of data in your browser’s local storage so the tools feel useful when you come back. Examples include:
- saved drafts for the post workbench
- recent copies you made from the editor (up to a few items)
- draft timestamps and simple tool preferences
- template favorites on some pages
This data stays on your device unless you clear it. To remove it, use your browser’s “clear site data” or “clear storage” setting for plonivo.com, or clear all browsing data for this site.
Clipboard copy
Plonivo only tries to copy text when you click a copy button (for example, “Copy & Open LinkedIn”). We do not read your clipboard in the background.
Your browser may ask for clipboard permission. If copy fails, you can still select the text manually. What you copy is under your control — we do not auto-post to LinkedIn for you.
No account required
Public tools work without sign-up. We do not run a Plonivo user account system for basic editing, previewing, or copying.
If that changes in the future, this page will be updated before account features launch.
Security and hosting logs
Like most websites, Plonivo is served over the internet. Hosting, CDN, and security providers may keep standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, page requested, and error reports. These logs help deliver the site, block abuse, and fix outages.
These logs are not the same as saving your draft content.
Sponsored links and affiliates
Some pages show labeled sponsor or affiliate links — for example, recommendations to third-party tools such as Taplio. If you click those links and sign up or buy, Plonivo may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Sponsored blocks are marked on the page. They are optional shortcuts, not part of the core editing workflow. We may add privacy-conscious analytics or ads later; if consent is required, we will update this policy first.
Support email
If you email [email protected], we use your message to reply and troubleshoot. Please avoid sending full LinkedIn drafts unless you need to show a specific bug.
Not affiliated with LinkedIn
Plonivo is an independent writing workspace. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by LinkedIn. LinkedIn is a trademark of its respective owner.
